He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Hoffer and Elsie S. Brown Hoffer; and his siblings, Otha, Homer, Wilmer, Ronald, Orlando, Philson Hoffer, Belle Kreinbrook, Huldah Stouffer, Hazel Rooney, Dorothy Snyder and Carolyn Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Ida L. Henderson Hoffer; his children, Deborah Fritz (Carl) of Lawrenceville, GA, Kenneth Hoffer, Jr. (Miriam) of Drums, Rita Kissam of West Middlesex and Steven Hoffer (Lori) of Bainbridge; and his brother Robert Hoffer (Eleanor) of Acme. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
