With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita May Dugan (West Mifflin, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 7, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her wife Jack Dugan; and her grandchild John Michael. She is survived by: her children, Tina Dugan of North Irwin, Michael Dugan (Donna) of West Mifflin and Mac; her grandchildren, Hannah and Mikey; and her parents, Harry Sparks and Drusilla Sparks.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Western Pennsylvania, in honor of Anita, 810 River Avenue, Suite #100, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
