She was predeceased by: her husband George Hornyak; and her brother John Hudak. She is survived by: her children, Georgia Ann, Robert Hornyak (Connie) of Jefferson Hills, Thomas Hornyak (Audrey) of York and William Hornyak (Lori) of Hermitage, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Ryan (Julie), Tracey, Robert (Jessica), Sean, Jeremy (Rachelle), Jason (Megan), Zachary (Courtney) and Brooke; and her great grandchildren, David, Mykaela, Xavier, Matthew, Zoe, Mila, Madison and Nolan. She is also survived by four children.
Her family suggests donations to Lebanon Presbyterian Church, 2800 Old Elizabeth Road West Mifflin, Pennsylvania 15122 or Brentwood VFW Post 1810 Honor Guard, 3801 Clairton Boulevard.
