He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perhac and Barbara Perhac; and his siblings, John Perhac, Jr., Ed Perhac, Ann Chontos and Mary Barkin.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Perhac; and his children, Ilona Scanlon (Bob), Jo-Dee Billy (Larry) and Regis Perhac (Michelle). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
