She is survived by: her parent Irene Lipa (Casko); her spouse Robert Knapp; her children, Lori Knapp and Robb Knapp; her sibling Suzanne Koontz; her sibling-in-law Dennis Knapp (Shirley); her friend Dana Gottschalk; her pet Rescue League; and her significant other Rex. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Animal Rescue League 6926 Hamilton Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15208, in memory of Donna and her faithful companion, Rex.
