He was predeceased by: his parents, Jozef Lewandowski and Anastazia Lewandowski (Siemiankowska); his wife Blanche L. Lewandowski (Belback); and his siblings, Anthony Lewandowski, Apolinary Lewandowski, Dominik Lewandowski, Aurelia Lewandowski and O. E. Due.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Lewandowski (Judy) of Plum Boro, Rev. Thomas J. Lewandowski and Parochial Vicar; his grandchildren, Kristen Lichius (Steve) and Michael Lewandowski (Kristen); his great grandchildren, Ava, Ryan Lichius and Mary Lewandowski; and his sister Regina Smolka.
