She was predeceased by: her former husband Mitchell Galiyas; her husband George S. Kovalyak; her parents, Andy Iski and Irene Iski (Kertes); and her siblings, Mary Bestwick, Ann Tomaino, Andy, Gabe, Frankie, Chuck and Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Mitch Galiyas (Mary Jo) of Kennedy Township, George Kovalyak of West Mifflin and Terri Michell (Kovalyak) of Bethel Park; her grandchildren, Juliana Carr (Mike) of Robinson Township and Nathan Galiyas (Amanda) of Robinson Township; her children, Zachary Galiyas of Kennedy Township, Moira Cheeseman (Mark) of Robinson Township, Kody Kovalyak of West Mifflin and Lauren Michell of Bethel Park; her great grandchildren, Michael, Roman Carr, Whitney and Gavin Galiyas; and her sisters, Joan Beckowitz of Conway, S. C, Betty Anitori of Liberty Boro and Rose Zilich of Canonsburg.
