Irene Polakovic Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Polakovic (West Mifflin, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Frank" and Veronica Matola (Lokay); her husband Stephen Francis "Pucki" Polakovic; and her siblings, Elizabeth Fairchild, Susan Knieling, Mary Fincik, John Matola, Andrew Matola, Ann Jassem, George Matola and Verne Ondick.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Glazar (Edward), Huntingdon, Karen Polakovic of West Mifflin, Mark Polakovic (Beth) of Franklin Park, Dr. Laura McNeill (Derek) of Fombell and Melissa D'Andrea (Domenic) of Pleasant Hills; her grandchildren, Allison Glazar, Sarah Klicker (Dan), Renee Polakovic, Celeste Schaltenbrand (Troy), Mallory Polakovic, Spencer McNeill, Trevor McNeill and Lilianna D'Andrea; and her great grandchildren, Zack Glazar, Elijah and Audrey Klicker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
