He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fontanelli and Annie Amoroso Fontanelli. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ward Fontanelli; his daughter Brooke Boyce of Canonsburg; and his grandchildren, Dominic Jaffre, Valentina Boyce and Christopher Boyce.
