He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael P. Kochis and Agnes Kochis (Rusbarsky); and his sister Donna M. Kochis. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Kochis (late Janice), Lawrence Kochis, Barbara Salopek (Timothy) and Robert Kochis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
