She was predeceased by: her parents, George Galiyas and Jennie Galiyas of Camden Hill; her husband John H. Koreny; her brother George; and her grandson Brian Koreny.
She is survived by: her children, John D., Don (Jill), Rob (Mary Rose) and Gary Koreny; her siblings, David, Peter, Mitchell, Steven, Stanley and Violet; and her grandchildren, Adam and Brigette. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
