He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul B. "Farmer" and Mary Margaret Mastylak (Urda); his spouse Georgeanne "Gege" Mastylak (Wentroble); his son Paul; his grandchildren, Tanner and Harper Mastylak; and his sibling Sandy Smouse of West Newton.
