He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gertrude, Betty, Mildred Macara, Regis and Thomas.
He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Ragan (Yurko); his spouse Pauline Ragan (Kott); his children, Richard R., Jr. (Cindy) of North Huntingdon, Darlene, David (Melissa) of Penn Hills and Denise III; his father John A. Moineau of Christian Burial; and also, Christopher, Alina, Green of Canton, OH, James III (Vanessa), Daniel, Jennifer, DelleFemine III of North Huntingdon, Dana III, Rachel III, Anthony III and Mass of Christian Burial. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
