He was predeceased by: his parent Steve A.. He is survived by: his parent Regina Horvath (Wrzesniewski); his spouse Nancy Horvath (Hathaway); his sibling Jeanette Liskay (Donald) of Moon Twp; and his aunts, Dorothy Illes and Clara Gougler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made for funeral and medical expenses.
