Pazehoski and Margaret Pazehoski (Heatherington); his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Ragan Pazehoski; his stepchildren, Christopher Shoub (Alison), Kristiana M. Gimigliano (Jeff), Michelle Lesutis (Aaron), Casey Shoub Jr. (Joy) and Catherine Brandon; his brothers, Paul and Dan Pazehoski; his grandchildren, Analise, Addison, Deanna, Carter, Christian, Alayna, Dylan and Ragan; and his brother James Pazehoski.
