He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vincent Mangan, Sr. and Marie Mangan (Gaughran). He is survived by: his grandson Jack William Mangan; his sisters, Mary Ellen Evans of Brentwood, Margaret Mangan of Washington, DC, Kathy Dice (late David) of Emsworth, Adrian Flink (Charles) of White Oak, Theresa Troyan (late Robert) of North Braddock and Lorraine Gelinas (Luke) of South Hadley, Massachusetts.; and his sisters-in-law, Lynn Doran (Vincent) of McLean, Virginia, Laurie Lanz and Cathie Adams (James) of Gibsonia.
Due to the current pandemic, a funeral mass will be held at a later date.
