She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Duko" Marochak and Velma Marochak (Uveges); and her siblings, Thomas Marochak and Gloria Vereb. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Humenik; and her brothers, Dennis and Luke Marochak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
