She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Michael, Dolores Osticco Marranca and Edward Halat. She is survived by : her parents, Carmen Marranca and Mary Ann Halat Marranca; her daughters, Ava, Natalia and Mila; her siblings, Michael (Stephanie) and Gianna (Jesse); her grandmother Josephine Halat; and her niece Karamia. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

Because Justine lost her battle with addiction, her family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wyoming Valley Drug and Alcohol Services, Inc. 437 N. Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705-1613 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
