She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Keefe and Mae Clark O'Keefe; her daughter Mariellen; her brothers, James, William, Kevin and Gervase O'Keefe; her grandson Patrick; and her nephew Jimmy.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Musto (Mary Kay) and C. Palladino (Ed) of Sewell, NJ; her grandchildren, John (Samantha), Billy (Tomoe), Lynne and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Alexia, Liam and Liah; and her cousins, Jeanmarie Cronauer and Donna Kolojeski.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Parish (605 Luzerne Ave, West Pittston, PA 18643). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
