O'Hara III (West Point, Pennsylvania), born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2020, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father John T. O'Hara, Jr.; his grandfathers, James L. Burns, Jr., John T. O'Hara, Sr. and Richard J. Hunter; his cousins, Ronald Solomon, Jr., Michael Jansen and Brent Jansen; and his aunt Louise Interrante.

He is survived by : his mother Dawn O'Hara (Rick Hunter) of West Point; his children, John T. O'Hara IV and Camryn O'Hara; his siblings, James S. O'Hara (Carrie) of Perkasie, Jason M. O'Hara (Holly) of Souderton, Jennifer L. Christakos (George) of Hatfield and Rick A. Hunter (Barb); his grandmothers, Nancy Burns of Telford, Phyllis Burns of Lansdale and Lenora O'Hara of Harleysville; his nephew Carter; his niece Skyelin; his uncle Pat O'Hara of Harleysville; and his aunt Donna Solomon (Ron) of Hatfield.
