He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Richard and Ann Dorothy Keyser (Mendenhall); and his spouse Lynn Keyser (Hoyt). He is survived by : his daughters, Megan Keyser of West Point and Tracy Keyser (Jason) of Harleysville; and his sister Marlene Baker.

Due to the pandemic, funeral services will be private.
