She was predeceased by: her parent Floyd Burkhart; her husband Carl Hafer; and her brothers, Henry Burkhart and Edwin Burkhart. She is survived by: her parent Mary Burkhart (Mull); and her sons, Brian Hafer, Columbus and Randy Hafer. She is also survived by mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
