He was predeceased by: his parent Howard Koch. He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Deiter); his parent Irene Koch (Heck); his son Jeffrey D.; his spouse Dara of Limekiln, PA; his daughter Kathleen; and also Wyomissing. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
