She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Giles and Carol A. Steele; her husband John R. McKinnis; and her sister Kristina Wells. She is survived by: her daughter Liberty "Libby" Fechter (Jared) of Butler; her close friend Patricia "Trish" Barnes of Butler; and her siblings, Carol Smith (Bill) of West Sunbury, Mary Steele of Cheswick and Edward Giles (Kathy) of Tampa, Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
