It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Dolbin (West Willow, Pennsylvania), born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 30, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Jones Dolbin; his son Randy Dolbin of Peach Bottom; his grandchildren, Jim Dolbin, Charlie Dolbin (Kim), Conestoga Kowalski and Ken Kowalski (Lisa); and his great grandchildren, Ashley Kowalski and Hannah Kowalski.
