She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Cratsley and Mildred Quackenbush Cratsley; her grandsons, Jamie Lee Hults and Randall L. "RJ" McCutcheon, Jr.; her stepfather Homer Smith; and her siblings, Lucy E. Force, Shirley A. Houghtaling and Chester Cratsley.
She is survived by: her husband William L. "Bill" Putman; her children, Doris Putman, Ramona Hults (James Wesley), Bernice McCutcheon (Randy), William Putman, Jr. (Echo), Jacqueline Erway (Dean) of Ulysses, Edmond L. "Buns" Putman (Julie), Maria Bliss (Joseph), Benji Putman (Amy) and Kristie Potter (Phillip); and her siblings, Fred Cratsley (Sonja) of Wayne, NY, Mary Lou McCutcheon (Basil) of Harrison Valley and Sharon Dencenburg (Jeff) of Wayne, NY.
