She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin H. Watson; her parents, Oskar Bartenbach and Hildegard Kramer Bartenbach; her stepfather Robert Eimer; and her sister Elisabeth (Liesel).
She is survived by: her children, Scott Watson (Amy), Michelle McConnell (Danny) and Mark Watson (Sharon); her grandchildren, Lindsey Bamford (Dennis), Elisabeth McConnell, Scott Watson (Carly), Cole McConnell (Vanessa), Alyssa Watson, Mia Watson and Dane Watson; her great grandchildren, Will, Wynnie, Weston McConnell, Tripp, Miley Bamford and Letty Watson; her cousin Helmut Dunsinger; her sister Elke; and her pet Petey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hessling Murray Funeral Home (428 Main St, Honesdale, PA 18431). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Church (416 Church St, Honesdale, PA 18431). A burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at the Funeral Home Hessling Funeral Home (428 Main St, Honesdale, PA 18431).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Marvin Watson Automotive Technology Scholarship (checks made out to Michelle McConnell and mailed to PO Box 59, White Mills PA, 18473) or the White Mills Fire Department (Mailed to PO Box 273, White Mills, PA, 18473).
