He is survived by : his wife Mary Rallo; his sons, Justin Mikolaski (Michelle) of Honesdale and Brandon Mikolaski (Jennifer Shieh) of Queens, NY; his sister Dolores Lynch of Marlborough, NH; and his grandson Dylan Mikolaski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
