He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Skala and Agatha Skala. He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Skala (Coberly); his children, Sherry J. Locke (John), Darla J. Stevick (James), Hunter B. Stevick, Sabrina J. Locke and Jillian J. Stevick; his sisters, Donna Schiavone and Bernadette Padula; and his cousin Ronald Mazur. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
