She is survived by: her children, Beth Revak and Chryse Heuler (Mike); her stepchildren, Susanne Perkun (John), James Berry and Robert Berry (Sarah); her grandchildren, Taryn Madden (Tim), Chad Revak (Maggi) and Eric Perkun; her great grandchild Hayden Lee Madden; her sibling Sharon Laundrie; and her parent Jim Conway.
