He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clewell and Josephine Clewell (Csakany); and his brothers, Tom and Glenn. He is survived by: his daughters, Abby Provenzano (Anthony) and Jessica Clarke (Donald); his brother Robert Clewell (Ruth); and his grandchildren, Devon, Jared, Isabel, Olivia and Vince.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The American Cancer Society.
