He is survived by: his daughter Heather (Shawn Kramer); his grandsons, Ethan and Jaxon; his brother Eugene (Karen Ulshafer); his nephews, Jason and Brian; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan, Lily, Montgomery and Hunter; his niece Tracey Catera; and his children, Abigail and Cassie.
