He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Bilder and Ellen Lakits (Wagner); and his stepfather Joseph Lakits. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Bilder (Peters); his children, Francis J. (Terri Bilder) of Whitehall, Keith R. (Kim Bilder) of Hokendauqua, Jon P. (Sheri Bilder) of Hokendauqua, Mark L. (Michelle Bilder) of Catasauqua and Michele M. Walters of Whitehall; and his sisters, Bernadette Stangl of Coplay, Carol Henninger of Slatington and Beverly Lakits of Northampton. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Francis' name to the Lehigh County Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
