He was predeceased by: his parent Wilfred R.. He is survived by: his parent Vera L. Rice (Spadt); his sister Bonnie L. Hess (Carl) of Danielsville; and his sibling's children, Kyle Hess of Danielsville, Warren Hess (Kailyn) of Beersville, Kyla and Makenly.
