He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell L. Kernechel and Nancy K. Kernechel (Newhard). He is survived by: his spouse Michele A. Kernechel (Schankowitz); and his daughter Jacqueline M. Kernechel of Whitehall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
