She was predeceased by: her spouse Petro Kostyk; her parents, Stephen Domyan and Sophia Domyan (Kaki); and her siblings, Elizabeth Lewis, Helen Fabian, Stephen, William and Charles Domyan.
She is survived by: her sons, Peter of Whitehall, John (Laurie) of Northampton and Roman of Catawissa.
