He was predeceased by: his sister LaDenia Cloud. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Cloud (Leiby); and his siblings, John L. Cloud, Jr. of Knivsta, Belinda S. Cloud of Truth and Deresa J. Cloud-Long of Truth. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
