He was predeceased by: his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia A. Klaphake (Fisher); his daughters, Lisa Welker (Eric) and Vicki Klacik (Chris); his stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Joshua and Abigail Welker; his siblings, Carol Chesleigh (Alan), Alice, Josepha and William; and his siblings-in-law, Cecyle Klaphake, Donna Jones (Fisher) and Sal Fisher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
