He was predeceased by: his brother Edward Monasky (Irene); and his parents, Michael Macey and Anna Macey (Pritoka). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Patellos Macey; his daughters, Lisa Marie Macey, Annette Macey Wetmore (Christopher) and Jennifer Adele Macey (Claudia Jakim); his siblings, George Macey (Joan), Frances Crain (late George), Robert Macey (Catherine), James Macey (Joanne), Barbara Schonder (John), Thomas Monasky, Helen (John Peterson), Margaret Bacsi (Edward) and Ruth Pastorik (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Hajduk, Richard Patellos, Sr. and Joanne Nicotera. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
