It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph W. Zurku (Whitehall, Pennsylvania), born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Eileen D. Zurku (Thompson); his children, Claudia Ann Mikulski (Walter), John Eric Zurku, Kathleen Jane Totterdale (Robert), Lydia Ann Weber (Jeffry), Theresa Marie Zurku and Laura Lee Shore (Raymond); his grandchildren, Walter (Christine), Brandon, Amanda, Mack Mikulski, Nicholas Zurku, Dustin and Hannah Shore; his parents, Joseph Szczurku and Anna Szczurku (Kohut); his sibling Mary Jane Ryan (late Karlin "Butch"); and his sibling's children, Nadia and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church, 5200 Greenridge Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15236.
