It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Ann Rakochy (Whitehall, Pennsylvania), born in Clairton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 5, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitro Rakochy and Mary J. Rakochy (Makuh); and her siblings, Helen Glegyak, Michael Wagel, Margaret Wagel McGuinness, Ann Bernhard and John Rakochy.
She is survived by: her niece Victoria Kilmber of Upper St; her sons, James Kilmer (Genevieve) of Westlake, OH and Matthew Kilmer (Halle) of Brooklyn, NY; and her sibling's children, Mary Chris Fellenbaum and Michael Bernhard (Rosemary). She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions should be made to the Clairton Public Library, 616 Miller Ave., Clairton, PA 15025, as Mary ann was an avid reader and supporter of the library.
