With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nellie Erkinger (Whitehall, Pennsylvania), born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 16, 2019 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nellie Erkinger to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Grifo and Biagio Grifo (Trombadore); her husband Edwin Erkinger; and her siblings, Emily Herbert, Judge Richard Grifo, Jack Grifo, James Grifo and Jean Reese.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Judi), Antonia (Ronald Buck), James (Debbie), Barbara (Michael Brodsky), Matthew (Kelly), Christina (Mark Moyer) and Michele (Richard Sniscak); and her brother Anthony Grifo. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Nellie's memory to Mary's Shelter Cay Galgon Center 714 West Broad Street Bethlehem, PA 18018.
