He was predeceased by: his child Roberta Lynn Donnelly (Robert). He is survived by: his spouse Joan Cerminaro; and his children, Richard (late Sarah), Ronald (Deborah), Kevin, Reagan, Rebeckah, Riona Lynn and Antonette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
