He was predeceased by: his parent Otto Gower. He is survived by: his parent Pearl Gower (Traher); his wife Miriam; and his children, Willard A. Gower, Jr. (Sharon) of Salem, NJ, Bernard G. Gower (Teri) of Walkersville, MD, Susan A. Place (Edward) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Deborah L. Whittaker (Harold) of Allentown. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
