He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Forish and Mary Forish (Miskovice); his wife Mary Lou Forish (Raishart); his son William Forish Jr.; his granddaughter Sandra S. Murphy; and his brothers, John, Joseph, Paul, Edward, James and Steve "Pal" Forish.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Forish (Joseph Krempasky) of Latrobe, Susan Lininger (Edgar) of Latrobe, Timothy Forish of Latrobe and Julie Forish of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Heather Baker of Howard Lauffer, III, Billie Jo Forish (Logan Egry) and Samantha Tressler (Justin); his great grandchildren, Lindsey Lauffer, Owen Tressler, Jareth Lininger and Adelyn Tressler; and his brother Robert Forish of Blairsville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
