Baran of Wilkes Barre Township, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Delaney and Florence Delaney (Brannigan); her former life partner Dr. James Patrick Walsh; her husband John J. Baran, Jr.; her grandson Julian Davies; and her siblings, Rev. T. Timothy Delaney, Roseann McNulty and Noreen Delaney.

She is survived by : her children, Nora Reinhard (Jason) of Whitehall, PA, Christine Davies (Matt) of Hershey, PA, Daria Walsh (Paul Tubb), Clara, Ireland, Mary Baran and Dr. James Baran (Carole); her grandchildren, Sarah, James Reinhard, Celia Walsh, Connor Davies, Tracey Moore and Laura Barr; and her sister Maura Delaney. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
