He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Chase and Jennie Clemow Chase; and his siblings, George Chase, Beverly Pettigrew and Gail Popple.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dunsmuir Chase; his daughter Heather Chase; and his siblings, Albert Chase (Mary), Landsdale, William Chase, Jeanie Williams (Gene), Donna Nilon (Tom) and Gloria Richwalder (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
