He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Hanchulak and Gertrude Hanchulak; his wife Theresa A. Hanchulak; and his siblings, Victor Hanchulak and Janet Gioffredo (Hanchulak).
He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Roebuck-Hanchulak; his son Attorney Gerald J. Hanchulak (Teresa); his grandchildren, Joseph Roebuck, Amanda Roebuck, Jordan Hanchulak, Taylor Hanchulak and Morgan Hanchulak; and his great grandchildren, Matty Gemberling, Jackson Roebuck, Logan Dougherty and Kaycee Dougherty.
