It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John C. Stachokus (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John J. Stachokus; and his grandparents, John, Josephine Stachokus and Josephine Yastremski. He is survived by: his mother Loretta M. Stachokus (Yastremski); his brother Jason Stachokus (Kimberly); his son Devon Steininger; and his sibling's children, Kayla, Kelsie Stachokus and Jason Stachokus.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc. (20 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Saints Peter & Paul Church (13 Hudson Rd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705).
