He was predeceased by: his parents, William Regan and Margaret Regan; his siblings, William, Joseph, Donald, Thomas, Charles and Margaret; and his grandson Brayden Vassello.
He is survived by: his wife Betsy Wallace Regan; his daughter Casey (Ryan); his granddaughter Sophia; his siblings, Jerome (Cathy), Pat Donnelly (James) and Marian (Carlos Smith Jr.); and his sisters-in-law, Jean and Kathleen Regan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
